Berkshire wants their officer exclusion endorsements shown on the assignment honored, even if the Officers of a corporation do not have 15% stock ownership or more, and even if a Member of an LLC is not a Managing Member, and even if a Partner is not a General Partner. As always, if an Officer/Member or Partner is Inactive, they qualify for exclusion.
