BERKSHIRE AUDITS - Handling Berkshire audits effective July 18, 2019
Please follow the instructions below regarding Berkshire Assignments. This is the process to use for the time being. Contact Doni with any questions.
1- Jenn will first enter the BHHC audits in Nexus.
2- For auditors using Visual, Jenn will also add the jobs to the auditor’s inventory in Visual. (For auditors using just Nexus, the jobs will only be entered into Nexus).
3- The auditor will open and conduct the audit in Visual.
4- The auditor will need to attach the audit assignment file to the “Attachments” in Visual, so the reviewers will have access to it at the time of review.
5- While the audit is in the process of being worked on, they’ll need to send it to their Writeup.
6- Once completed, the auditor will add their time to the properties section and submit the audit to review like they normally would.
7- Review will review these audits in Visual.
8- If a job needs to be corrected, it will be returned to the auditor in Visual as usual.
9- Once a job is finally good to go, the reviewer will send the completed jobs to Doni.
10- The completed jobs will be sent to BHHC as normal.
11- Doni will then email the auditor to bill and send in the job from their Nexus Audit.
12- The job will be blank when it comes in Nexus review, but that is where the job needs to be billed.
13- Once the job goes to review in Nexus, the same reviewer that reviewed the job in Visual will have to pull the job over to their Nexus Audit, bill it, send it back to review, then Pass the job so it will go to billing.
14- The final completed job will be billed in Nexus.
