BOB:

All inventory related questions and concerns-too much or too little work ?

Delinquent questions and concerns.

Territory concerns.

Management staff concerns. If you are having a problem with any Management Staff.

Training related questions those in training classes.

Commission related questions and concerns.

DONI:

ALL AUDITORS AND REVEIWERS:

All audit related questions, technical questions and assistance with audits. Before an audit, during an audit, at time of write-up.

Questions regarding Non-pro/returns.

Questions on disputes.

Need an assignment returned to you before it gets to the reviewer.

If an agent has contacted you or if you have a sensitive issue with an (unhappy) insured/agent.

Need help if at an appointment or writing up an audit and have question(s).

All Time Approval for audits being billed at 3.5 hours or more and carrier specific (PEI) needing time approval less than 4.0 hours.

To ADD a Class Code or change a Class Code prior to submitting an audit.

Approval for No Site Visit on a physical audit.

SUPPORT/JENN:

All requests for a prior audit.

If you need an assignment transferred for any reason.

If you need an extension on the due date and have a VALID reason.

If you want us to see if the carrier can provide a WCIRB Bureau Inspection. Please cc Doni on these requests.
