IFG AUDIT DATE POLICY

IFG asks that their audits be conducted to the exact dates of the policy.

If the insured can't provide records for the exact date, then conduct audit according to records provided by the insured. Add a note on the UW Notes page, such as "The insured was only able to provide their Gross Sales on an exact monthly basis."

On a 10/25 policy expiration, for example, it is allowable to leave 10/25-10/25 on Header Page, and use records for 11/1 - 11/1.
