APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

When the insured cancels the audit appointment on the same day or does not show up for the appointment at all, Auditors may bill one additional hour.

If the insured cancels the day before, then how much the auditor can charge depends on the level of inconvenience for the auditor. If it was a large audit, where several hours were blocked out, then one hour may be charged. If it was a small audit and the cancellation was not too much of an inconvenience, then half an hour may be charged.
