TIME APPROVAL REQUESTS

Effective immediately, there are new procedures related to Time Approval Requests. Please note the following for future reference.


- All time approval requests for audits should be directed to Doni.

- Request time approval for all audits billed at 3.5 hours or more (replacing the previous 4.0 or more).

- Email request to Doni with the following information:

- Insured’s Name

- Policy Number

- Reason for Additional Time Charge

- Total Billing Time


- Doni will respond to auditor's email and add a progress note of the approval.

- Upon receipt of Doni’s approval, auditors should submit completed audit and the Carrier will be contacted for their approval.


*REMINDER: Additional Time Explanations must always be stated on the Underwriters Notes for all audits billed at 2.1 hours or more.
